Tom is a 36 year veteran of the Greater Pasadena Real Estate Market. He started his "Life Calling" as a "Rehabber", a process of finding, fixing and re-selling homes. As the years passed by he developed and enhanced relationships with some of the best and trusted tradesman and technical artisans in the local area. This has become a very valuable asset to his clients, as he has had the necessary contacts to solve the many challenges that come about when trying to get a home ready to sell. Additionally, Tom is a past member of "Pasadena Heritage", where he gained the knowledge of how to address and restore the many different architectural types of homes found in the Greater Pasadena Area. Raised in South Pasadena and benefitting from the exceptional schools found there, he knows and respects the value of attending them. This is why he served 2 years on the board of the "South Pasadena Educational Foundation, (S.P.E.F.), where he helped to raise additional funds for programs that would have to left out if not for the additional funding. He is a recipient of the "Graduate Realtors Institute Certificate", a designation from the State of California held by the top 5% of all Realtors in the State for sales volume and continuing education.
